This week my guest is Dr. Steven Gundry. He is a cardiac surgeon, medical innovator, and author of books like The Plant Paradox, The Plant Paradox Cookbook and others. He has over 30 years experience is one of the world’s preeminent experts in heart surgery, he was head of cardiothoracic surgery at Loma Linda University. In 2002 he founded the Center for Restorative Medicine studying the human microbiome, developing the principles of Holobiotics, changing many people’s lives since then.
He shares with us his knowledge of how certain things in our food deeply affect us in unexpected ways, which ones to avoid, and what is good for us.
